We print up to 500 × 500 × 500 mm in a single piece. Past that, the model is split, printed in parallel, and finished back into one — there is no practical ceiling on the assembled size.

Split
We cut the model into print-sized sections in CAD — or coordinate with your designer — planning the seams where finishing can hide them.
- 02Fleet
Print
The sections run in parallel across the fleet, so a large model is done in the time of its single biggest piece — not the sum of them.
- 03Bond
Assemble
We align and bond the sections into one rigid piece, reinforcing the joints where the part will see load.
- 04In-house
Finish
Sanded, filled, primed, and painted in-house — the bond lines disappear and the model reads as a single part.
