Every core material we run.

The everyday choice for indoor parts. For rougher use, PLA Pro is the same material with five times the impact resistance.

Where standard PLA chips or cracks but a full engineering plastic is more than the job calls for.

For enclosures, fixtures, and containers that have to survive daily handling — short of what calls for an engineering plastic.

Where the part has to be stiff, accurate, and look finished straight off the printer.

Where electrostatic discharge is a real risk — boards, sensors, and precision assemblies.

Where parts take real abuse — and where the surface has to end up sanded, bonded, or painted.

Where ABS would be the right call, but the part will see sunlight or outdoor exposure.

Where the temperature goes up, the loads get serious, or both at the same time.

Where weight is a constraint and plastic has to perform like metal.

When the part needs to behave like rubber — sealing, gripping, absorbing, or flexing under load. Softer durometers are available on request.

For looks, not for load — when a part has to survive handling, step up to ABS-like or Tough.

For accuracy with moderate flex — when the part has to keep cycling, step over to Tough.

Where snap-fits, living hinges, and repeated stress cycles would destroy standard resin.

Where dimensional accuracy and load-bearing stiffness are the priority in SLA.

For tooling and test fixtures that sit closest to the heat.

Where a part has to be both soft and precise.

For nested geometry and support-free surfaces FDM cannot match — and when a well-oriented FDM print does the job for less, we will say so.

For parts that need more stiffness or warp resistance than standard PA12.
