The same part,
run after run.

Repeat batches, dialed in.

For the part you need again and again — bridge production, ongoing fulfillment, short-run manufacturing. Same settings, same QA pass, every run.

Batches, not one-offs.
How a run works

Set once. Repeated exactly.

  1. 01Profile

    Dial it in

We lock the material, then the orientation, then tune the profile itself. Every part after that comes off the floor the same way.

  2. 02Floor

    Run the farm

The batch runs across hundreds of printers in parallel, day and night — so volume is a scheduling question, not a bottleneck.

  3. 03QA

    Check every batch

Each run gets the same QA pass against your acceptance criteria — last month’s part is this month’s part.

  4. 04Reorder

    Run it again

Approved profiles stay on file. The next order goes straight to the floor — no re-setup, no drift.

Why print it

Production without the tooling.

01

No tooling

No molds, no five-figure setup. First parts in hours, not months.

02

Revise between runs

A revision reopens the profile step, not a tooling budget. Nothing is scrapped or re-cut.

03

Everyday materials

Well-known plastics, spanning a wide range of properties and making end-use parts. Engineering grades are there when a job needs one.
