We look for people who are organized, tidy, punctual, excited to learn, easy to work beside, and steady in a fast-paced room. Print experience is not on that list — the training starts at the beginning.
One person can start fifty to a hundred machines before their first break. Everything after that — harvesting parts off plates, post-processing, inspection, packing, shipping — takes a team and takes hours. So we hire for manual dexterity, attention to detail, and a pace that holds across a shift. Slicing and design engineering are what people write in about most, and what we need least — these are floor jobs, not desk jobs. We would rather say all of that up front than have you find it out in week one.
